Our History
Cornerstone Builders of Maryland was founded in 1999 by Bruce Schultz. Working in construction for 15+ years, Bruce had seen many projects
rushed, done with poor materials, and with unsatisfactory results. No longer wanting
to be associated with inferiority, Bruce, supported by his wife Kathy,
decided to take the risk and start his own company where he could make sure the
job was done right and with quality materials resulting in high customer satisfaction.
Now,
11 years later Cornerstone Builders of Maryland is building quality additions, sunrooms,
screened in areas, decks, finished basements, kitchens and bathrooms. Many
of our solutions use low maintenance materials which you can learn more about in
